What changes by neighbourhood
The quote carries it, not a change order.
Building rules and permit requirements vary across the city, older homes hide more surprises behind the wall, and condo and HOA buildings add approvals and work-hour limits. All of it goes into the quote rather than appearing as a change order later.
Start it
Tell us where the kitchen is.
Name, phone and the neighbourhood is enough to start.
